Psychophonetics course

The Graduate Diploma in Holistic Counselling for the Workplace

The course is now offered by Matej Bel University, Faculty of Economics in conjunction with Psychophonetics Institute International - is a first of its kind in Slovakia and internationally. It offers mature professionals an essential upgrade for their existing qualifications in management, coaching and mentoring in all fields of human services, health, education and business: special skills of self-care, personal sustainability, communication, self-management, conflict resolution, team-building and leadership expected and required by the leading 21st Century workplaces.

The course equips and qualify graduates with the capacity to initiate, create and conduct mentoring, coaching, counselling and consultation towards ‘Humanising the Workplace’: upgrading workplaces to become creative and sustainable communities in which the whole person is engaged in an on-going professional development and self-improvement at the same time.

This qualification enables people, wherever they are positioned at work and in life, to become the  transformers of their workplaces into an opportunity for human development, both professional and personal, for the workers.

We all spend the best years of our lives and the best hours of most of our days at work.   • Skills for self-care, stress management, prevention of burnout, self-protection, recovery and self-sustainability;
  • Deep communication skills and the ability to understand people from their own point of view;
  • Awareness and skills for the self-management of one’s internal complexity, becoming one’s own teacher and leader;
