Aim: After completion of the course, the student can 1. use the acquired knowledge to search, process and analyze information concerning the indicators necessary for an economic analysis in the health care service, 2. react strategically to the new methods of an economic analysis in the health care service with alternatives, 3. apply the critical analysis within the evaluation of the economic efficiency and performance in the theory and is able to confront it with the practical use in medical, resp. health organizations, 4. assess the suitability of different methods of an economic analysis in the health care, 5. assess the utilization rate of economic analyses in regard with the processes in the health care of SR, or in individual regions, 6. create a conceptual basis in order to decide on the use of the most appropriate methods of an economic analysis of processes in the health care.
