Aim: Student 1. is able to understand the nature and functions of government in a mixed economy in the context of normative and positive economics. 2. is able to apply the acquired knowledge to the critical insight on the performance of the tasks of the financial manager, 3. assesses the explanatory power tools of financial management in public sector organizations, 4. evaluates the consequences of the application of various tools controlling and performance management for the financial management of the organization, 5. applies acquired knowledge to real conditions of practice in the form of semester project, 6. creates a program budget of a local government and applies the tools of strategic performance management and controlling.
