Aim: After completion of the course , the student will be able to: 1. use the acquired knowledge to research, process and analyse the data on legislation in health system, 2. strategically react to new situations in the development and implementation of health policy in a flaxible and creative manner, 3. apply critical analysis in the evaluation of creation or novelisation of legislative norms in the health system and confront the creation of health policy with its implementation, 4. evaluate the legislative sufficiency of health policy norms, 5. evaluate the state of health policy in the SR and the competencies of particular agents, 6. design conceptual materials for the decision-making process on the lower and middle level of management in health system according to valid legislation.
