Aim: After completion of the course, the student will be able to: 1. Use acquired knowledge at preparing plans on various levels and also at the process of budgeting in the organisations of public sector, 2. Put together plans and budgets of public sector organisations, 3. Apply critical analysis at evaluating and monitoring the plans execution and budgets of public sector organisations, 4. Assess long-term trends and directions of planning and budgeting of revenues and expenditures in the public sector, 5. Evaluate the possibilities of using the acquired knowledge in real life, 6. Compile conceptual materials for preparation of short-term plans and long-term strategies, prepare an accrual and performance budget.
