Aim: After completion of the course, the student can: 1. use the acquired knowledge to expand their understanding about organization of a state and public needs of a society, 2. understand the distribution of power in a state, 3. assess and refer to new theoretical knowledge when applying it in the area of public economy, 4. assess the possibilities and scope of methods and tools used by public administration, 5. apply acquired knowledge to the conditions of individual subjects of public administration, 6. create basis for decision making and controlling processes in the institutions of public administration.
