- If you have already received an information from the host university, please follow their instructions and deadlines. In case of any problem related to their instructions, logging into their system, their course offer, syllabus, missing subject codes, contact the university directly. If you have not yet received anything from the partner hosting university - wait or write an email to Jana Prašovská.
- Study the information about the Erasmus+ mobility on UMB web (which documents and when to deliver, conditions of mobility, about the grant for payment etc... in Slovak only - use the translator) I want to go to study and Erasmus mobilities and grants.
- Prepare an Application for Approval of the Mobility Study Plan
On the left side, you put all the subjects that you will study abroad during your mobility based on their subject offer
On the right side, you put the subjects that are equvalent at MBU
This request is approved by the signature of the Erasmus+ department coordinator , with whom you consult in ADVANCE the correct selection of courses taken abroad. It is necessary to familiarize the Erasmus+ department coordinator with the syllabus of each course, so that he/she can give you appropriate advice.
You, as the mobility participant, have to search for all information and prepare all the documents and course selection, the coordinator is not obliged to do it for you!
Department coordinators:
Department of Corporate Economics and Management - doc. Ing. Ľuboš Elexa, PhD.
Department of Finance and Accounting - prof. Ing. Peter Krištofík, Ph.D.
Department of Public Economics and Regional Development - Ing. Nikoleta Jakuš Muthová, PhD.
Department of Tourism - Ing. Kristína Medeková, PhD.
Institute of Managerial Systems in Poprad - doc. Ing. Zuzana Závadská, PhD.
- Prepare the online document OLA (Online Learning Agreement). The signed "Application for Approval of the Mobility Study Plan" is the basis for you and for the signature of your OLA in the online system. Basically, you just copy the data from the approved application into OLA. Fill in the data in OLA carefully and correctly!
Who signs OLA online in the system:
- student;
- sending university (that is, Matej Bel Univaersity in Banská Bystrica, Národná 12, 97401 Banská Bystrica - Erasmus+ code: SK BANSKA01) - for FE Jana Prašovská signs the documents in the system (International Cooperation Office, jana.prasovska@umb.sk) - you put only this name into OLA in the section "sending institution/sending university", so that she receives notification and not someone else who does not have access to the system;

- only ater that the receiving foreign university signs the documents (discuss with them via email who signs OLA there).
- In case the hosting/receiving university informs you, that OLA is not yet possible with them (they are not yet connected to the EWP system), prepare a document Learning Agreement Student Mobility for Studies in Word format.
The receiving university may require a number of documents from you (just like us before your departure for mobility).
- If they ask you for a Transcript of Records (transcript of your study results) - send an email request for a transcript to Jana Prašovská.
- If they ask you for a Language Certificate - this is a document that proves your level of the foreign language in which you will be studying abroad (either from the highest level of achieved education, or if you already have a language certificate, or your teacher issues a document, or OLS online language testing (you need to be registered first).
- If you have to submit Application Form, which should also include a preliminary selection of subjects, and it should be signed by the International Cooperation Office - write down your personal data, required details, subjects, sign and send it to Jana Prašovská for a signature, together with an Application for Approval of the Mobility Study Plan signed by department coordinator, so she knows that the choice of subjects is agreed.
