The Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Maribor (Slovenia) is offering students the opportunity to complete an international internship in the Office of Research and Collaboration with Industry.

This internship is ideal for students interested in international projects such as Erasmus+ or Horizon Europe who would like to gain practical experience in research and project activities.

Internship Tasks:

• Analysis of documentation related to international project calls (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe)

• Research and preparation of content based on specific areas of project call documentation

• Assistance with organizing events and conferences

• Daily administrative support

Requirements:

• Eligibility for an Erasmus+ or other type of internship grant

• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience with project-related work

• Final-year master's or PhD student

Preferred Profile:

• Final-year master’s or PhD candidates

• Candidates with prior international experience

• Students from any field of study

Organizational Details:

• Internship duration: minimum of 4 months

• Internship period: September 2025 – February 2026
