How to complete my stay

AFTER MOBILITY DOCUMENTS

send us your:

1. Transcript of Records - results form your stay; get it from the partner University

2. Confirmation of Study - attached form, to be filled by the host university and the days should be the same as in your Financial Contract

3. contact Vice Dean of EF UMB maria.kanderova@umb.sk , send her your Transcript of Records in order to acknowledge your study results and to record it into AIS to enable us to complete your stay in the system

4. Správa študenta = “on-line Survey“ - the systems send you automatic e mail to ask you to fill in SURVEY; check your spam too, Survey has limited validity! Do not mis the DDL.

5. on-line langauge test - sma eprocedure than Survey.

All following steps are obligatory for each ERASMUS+ participant, for both, study ar traineeship mobility!
