ENROLLMENT for AY 2022/2023 BEM, FBI in English

Dear students,

the ENROLLMENT for the Academic Year 2022/2023 will be held to 15. 07. 2022

Who makes the enrollment:

The enrollment will be made by every full-time and part-time student who is a duly enrolled student of the faculty in the academic year 2021/2022 and will continue  his/ her studies at the Faculty of Economics of the MBU in Banská Bystrica in the academic year 2022/2023, that is, a student who:

1. has completed the study obligations of the summer semester of the academic year 2021/2022 (he / she has registered in the AiS for the given subjects),

2. has fulfilled the conditions for progression to the next academic year set out in the study regulations,

3. is interested in continuing her / his studies in the following academic year 2022/2023.

ATTENTION – enrollment is NOT for:
- students of Bachelor´s study who will finish their study this year and have applied for Master´s study at the faculty in the Academic Year 2022/2023. These students will be informed in writing about the choice of Master´s courses, together with the official Acceptance for study.


How to make the enrollment:

Enrollment is made via AiS2 (Academic Information System) in the form of ELECTRONIC ENROLLMENT AFTER REGISTRATION OF ALL EVALUATIONS FOR AY 2021/2022.

ATTENTION – it is no longer possible to make any changes in your registration list after confirming the electronic registration. In the same way, the teacher can no longer write any evaluation for the academic year 2021/2022. THEREFORE, DO NOT MAKE AN ENROLLMENT UNTIL ALL EVALUATIONS FOR THE AY 2021/2022 ARE NOT ENTERED.

Within the electronic enrollment the student:

  1. Confirms the registration of all evaluations for the AY 2021/2022,
  2. Confirms the continuation of studies in the AY 2022/2023,
  3. Confirms the correctness of his/ her personal data or writes changes in personal data,
  4. Confirms an electronic enrollment thus the e-enrollment ends.

ATTENTION - the student DOES NOT CHOOSE subjects for AR 2022/2023 yet!

PROCEDURE for the implementation of electronic registration on AR 2022/2023


Students will be sent information on the update of their study program, including a updated study plan, which will be valid from AR 2022/2023, gradually to student e-mail accounts. The study plan will also include a comparison table between the original (so far current) and the modified study plan, from which it will be clear how the student will be recognized the study obligations in the next academic year.

After checking the fulfillment of the conditions for progression to the next year of study, the study department registers in the enrollment letter on AR 2022/2023 the study obligations that will be recognized according to the comparison table. Consequently, we will inform each student about the recognition of duties and invites him / her to complete the subjects that the student will actually perform in AR 2022/2023.

The study department will confirm the enrollment letter to the student on AR 2022/2023 (the student is duly registered on AR 2022/2023, he / she no longer participates in any physical enrollment in September).

NOTICE for students with ISP or students with an extension of the examination period until 31.08.2022: A student who has been granted IŠP until 31. 08.2022 resp. a student who has an extended examination period until 31.08.2022, checks and confirms his / her personal data within the e-registration, demonstrates continuation of studies in AR 2022/2023. However, it does NOT confirm the registered results of the study in the system - by the fact that it can obtain the results until 31.08.2022, this option remains open. Save the e-entry. He will consult with his study officer no later than 31.08.2022 on the final closing of the registration.
